PLEASE PARDON OUR DUST !!…. We are now in the process of getting this site ready for our third Annual, 2010 Film Festival and already we have some exciting news to report.

We have moved our Festival location from downtown Fallbrook to the Ultra-Star Cinemas in the River Village complex in Bonsall… which is on the very southern edge of Fallbrook. Moving to Ultra-Star allows us to go high-tech in their all-digital, state-of-the-art theaters. For the first time we can now accept and screen selected films in both standard-def DVDs and high-res Blu-ray formats, all at 16:9 widescreen with full theater suround-sound.

 And there’s more. Ultra-Star has offered to help promote the Festival by allowing us to show DVD trailers of coming attractions and events to their general movie going audiences for a couple of months prior to the fest. PLUS and this is a big one, immediately following the three-day event, we have the option to continue screening 2-hours worth of our best entries for four nights straight. (We are still working out the details on this but this could be a great opportunity for those filmmakers who want the additional exposure. We experimented with this last festival and had a great turnout!!!)

 Did we mention River Village? This is one of the most unique little shopping spots around, all in a Spanish country-side setting in our real Fallbrook/Bonsall country side. And as for dinning we have Fresco Grill, Peking Wok, Village Pizza, Sunrize Café, Palapa Pacific Grill, a coffee shop, and Jack-in-the-Box... plus plenty of free parking.
