Attention NOMINATED FILMS:

Each year we lead up to the presentation of the winners for each film
category by showing a short video clip of the nominated films.

THEREFORE, we need a 30-sec. moment lifted from your entry that you feel represents your film. Send this clip to us as a “standard QuickTime data file” (not as a playable DVD) on either a CD or DVD disc.

(File size for a typical, full-quality, standard-definition, 30-sec, NTSC
file at 29.97 fps with uncompressed audio is about 110 MB.) Do not further compress. No HD clips even if your film will be screening in HD. We will import your QuickTime file into Final Cut Pro, add the appropriate title, etc.

DEADLINE FOR THESE CLIPS IS: Wednesday, March 31, 2010
